Ingredients
- ~260g ginger
- 2.5 cups of water
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 limes
- 1 shot of rum (optional)
- 1 clove
Method
- Blend together:
- ~260g of washed and peeled ginger
- 2.5 cups of water (still of fizzy)
- ½ cup of brown sugar
- The juice of 2 limes
- 1 clove
- Use a strainer to extract the juice into a pitcher
- Optional: Add a shot of rum
- Serve with ice; garnish with some lemon/lime
