Ingredients
- Pasta
- Red onion
- Bell pepper
- Spring onion
- Mayonnaise
- White wine vinegar
- Garlic granules
- Brown sugar
- Salt
Method
- Boil and cook 2 (dry) cups of pasta with a pinch of salt, as per instructions on the pack
- Prepare the following ingredients:
- 1/8th red onion, chopped finely
- 1 medium bell pepper, chopped, across 2 colours
- 1 spring onion stalk, chopped
- Prepared the dressing for your pasta salad:
- 4.5 tbsps of mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. of white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. of garlic granules
- 1 tsp. of brown sugar
- 1 tsp. of salt
- Mix together
- In a bowl, add your cooked pasta
- Add all of the vegetables you chopped on top
- Add your salad dressing a mix thoroughly
