Ingredients
- Self raising flour
- Baking powder
- Sugar
- Cinnamon
- Vanilla extract
- Butter
Method
- Whisk the following ingredients in a bowl:
- 2 cups of self raising flour
- 1 tbsp. of baking powder
- 1/8th cup of sugar
- 1.5 cup of water
- 1 tsp. of cinnamon
- 1 tsp. of vanilla extract
- 1.5 tbsps of melted butter
- The above should give you a smooth/ fairly “liquid-y” batter
- Add ca. ½ tbsp. of butter to a pan (spread around full pan with a kitchen brush)
- Add 1 cup of batter (to get a circular shape)
- Cook on a medium temperate for ~3-4 minutes on each side
- Continue until the batter is fully used up
