- Carrots
- Ginger
- Water
- Lime
- Sugar
Method
- Blend together:
- 3 larger carrots (peeled and chopped into small blocks)
- 1 inch of ginger (peeled and chopped into small blocks)
- 2.5 cups of water
- Strain into a bowl, squeeze the pulp for extra juice, add:
- Juice of 1 lime
- ½ cup of sugar
- Mix together and serve with ice
