- 800 grams of chicken wings
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Garlic granules
- All-purpose seasoning
- Wet jerk marinade
- Browning
- Honey
- Soy sauce
Method
- Clean ca. 800 grams of chicken wings with water and vinegar
- Season as below:
- 1 tsp. of olive oil
- 1 tsp. of salt
- ½ tsp. of black pepper
- ½ tsp. of garlic granules
- ½ tbsp. of all-purpose
- 1 tbsp. of jerk marinade
- 1 tsp. of browning
- Bake in the oven for 30 minutes on 180°C
- In the final 15 minutes, use a kitchen brush to brush on the below honey glaze on both sides of the chicken:
- ½ cup of honey
- 1 tbsp. of jerk marinade
- ½ tbsp. of soy sauce
