Ingredients
- ¼ medium cabbage
- 2 medium carrots
- ¼ medium brown onion
- ½ tbsp. black pepper
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 3 tbsps mayonnaise
Method
- In a bowl:
- Shred ¼ of a medium cabbage with a peeler
- Grate 2 medium carrots
- Finely chop ¼ of a medium brown onion
- Season with:
- ½ tbsp. black pepper
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 3.5 tbsps of mayonnaise
- Mix all together thoroughly using disposable kitchen gloves
- Serve and enjoy!
