- 3 bananas
- 2 cups of milk
- 200ml condensed milk
- Vanilla essence
- Nutmeg
- Cinnamon
Method
- Blend together the following
- 2-3 medium bananas (more = thicker punch)
- 2 cups of milk (cow/soy/oat etc)
- 200ml / half a cup of condensed milk
- 1 tbsp. of vanilla essence
- ½ tsp. of nutmeg
- ½ tsp. of cinnamon
- Serve with ice
