Ingredients
- 200 grams of king prawn
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Fish seasoning
- Garlic granules
- Jerk marinade
- Jerk BBQ sauce
- Brown sugar
- Honey
Method
- Clean 200 grams of king prawns
- Season with:
- ¼ tsp. of salt
- ¼ tsp. black pepper
- ½ tsp. fish seasoning
- ¼ tsp. garlic granules
- 1.5 tbsps jerk marinade
- Heat the following (until bubbling) to create the glaze:
- 1 tbsp. jerk marinade
- 1 tbsp. BBQ jerk sauce
- ¼ cup of water
- ½ tsp. of brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. of honey
- Add your prawns to skewers (make sure you have soaked these for at least 30 minutes – it avoids burning)
- Glaze the prawns with a kitchen brush, using the glaze created earlier
- Grill for 3 minutes on both sides. Re-glaze when flipping
