- ¾ of a medium pineapple
- 1 watermelon
- 1 large orange
- 2 limes
Method
- Loosely chop:
- 1 mango
- ¾ of a medium pineapple
- 1 watermelon
- Start by blending:
- Your mango and your pineapple with a splash of water to help it grind more easily
- Use a strainer to strain this into a bowl
- Next, blend your chopped watermelon (no extra water needed as it has a high water content)
- Strain into the same bowl and mix everything together
- Add the juice of 2 limes and 1 large orange
- Mix everything together
- Chill in the fridge until ready to serve; serve with ice
