Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- Flour
- Vanilla extract
- Nutmeg
- Cinnamon
- Water
- Salt
- Vegetable oil
Method
- Peel and chop 2 ripe bananas
- Use a fork/ potato masher to mash up the ripe bananas in a bowl
- Add to the bowl the following ingredients, and whisk together:
- ½ cup of flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- ½ tsp. nutmeg
- ½ tsp. of cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- ¼ cup of water
- Add 1/8 cup of oil to a pan and heat up for 2 minutes
- Use a ladle to scoop the banana fritter mix into the pan, aim for small-medium size round fritters
- Cook on both sides on medium to hot temperature
- Flip around after ca 3 minutes on both side
