Ingredients
- Fries
- Sirloin steak
- Red onion
- Tomato
- Red bell pepper
- Seasoning cube
- Chilli flakes
- Grated mozzarella
- Salt
- Garlic granules
- Black pepper
- All-purpose
- Suya spice
- Olive oil
Method
- Oven cook or fry ~220 grams of fries
- Use a rolling pin to flatten a ~200g sirloin steak, season as follows:
- ½ tsp. of salt
- ½ tsp. of garlic granules
- ½ tsp. of black pepper
- ½ tsp. of all-purpose
- 1 tsp. of suya spice
- 1 tsp. of oil
- Mix the seasonings in the steak
- Bake in the oven on 200 °C for 10 minutes
- Prepare the following ingredients:
- ½ red onion, diced
- ½ red bell pepper, diced
- 1 small tomato, diced
- In a pan, add ~1 tbsp. of olive oil
- Add in all of your chopped vegetables, and season with 1 seasoning cube, 1 tsp. of garlic granules and 1 tsp. of chilli flakes
- Sautee / cook down for ~5-10 minutes on a medium temperature
- With your fries that you’ve put to the side, sprinkle some grated mozzarella, and cook in the oven on 200°C for 5 minutes to melt the cheese
- Now to build the loaded fries:
- Start with your fries and melted cheese
- Add your steak on top
- Add all your veggies
- Sprinkle sauce on top (ketchup, mayo, suya spice)
- Garnish with spring onions
