Ingredients
- 175g of shrimp
- Cucumber
- Cherry tomatoes
- Red onion
- Avocado
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Fish seasoning
- Paprika
- All-purpose
- Garlic granules
- Oil
- Lettuce
Method
- Prepare the following ingredients:
- 1 cucumber, chopped into small blocks
- 2 handfuls of cherry tomatoes, chopped into 4
- ½ red onion, finely chopped
- ½ avocado, chopped into medium blocks
- Clean ~175 grams of shrimp with water and lemon and/or white vinegar. Season as follows:
- ½ tsp. of salt
- ½ tsp. of black pepper
- ½ tsp. of fish seasoning
- ½ tsp. of paprika
- ½ tsp. of all-purpose
- ½ tsp. of garlic granules
- Add 1 tbsp. of oil to a pan and heat up on a medium to hot temperature for 2-3 minutes
- Sautee your onions for ~2 minutes on a medium to hot temperature
- Cook your prawns for ~2-3 minutes on each side, remove and save for later
- Assemble your bowl:
- Lettuce
- Cucumbers
- Cherry tomatoes
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp. of olive oil
- Mix together
- Top with your prawns and avocado
