Ingredients
- ~500g of chicken wings
- Brown onion
- Scotch bonnet
- Thyme sprigs
- Spring onion stalks
- Garlic cloves
- Ground all-spice
- Black pepper
- Garlic granules
- All-purpose
- Garlic salt
- Flour
- Corn flour
- Lemon
- Oil
Method
- Blend the following ingredients in a food processor:
- ½ brown onion
- 1 scotch bonnet pepper
- Handful of fresh thyme sprigs
- 2 spring onion stalks
- ~3-4 garlic cloves
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 tsp. of ground all-spice
- 1 tsp. of oil
- Clean ~500g of chicken wings. Season as follows:
- ½ tsp. of black pepper
- 1 tsp. of garlic granules
- 1 tbsp. of all-purpose
- ½ tsp. of garlic salt
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp. of olive oil
- Your blended ingredients
- Mix/ massage into your wings
- In a bowl, mix together:
- 2 cups of flour
- ½ cup of corn flour
- ½ tsp. of black pepper
- ½ tsp. of garlic granules
- ½ tsp. of all-purpose
- Dash of salt
- Coat your chicken wings thoroughly in this dry mix
- Add to an air fryer along with a drizzle of oil on top
- Air fry of ~185°C for 30 minutes, flip half way through and drizzle more oil on top when you flip
