Ingredients
- Scotch bonnet peppers
- Chilli peppers
- White wine vinegar
- Salt
- Sugar
- Lime
Method
- In a food processor, roughly blend the following ingredients:
- 4x scotch bonnet peppers
- 1-2x chilli peppers
- ½ cup of white wine vinegar
- ½ tsp. of salt
- ½ tsp. of sugar
- Juice of 1 lime
- Once you have a rough blend, finish off in a blender and pulse blend, this will keep the slightly rough texture but also “liquidate” it slightly
- Use this as a dip for your meats, fish and other proteins
