Ingredients
- Lettuce
- White cabbage
- Carrot
- Cherry tomatoes
- Sweetcorn
- Cucumber
- Spring onion
- Salt
- Pepper
- Salad cream
- 2 eggs
Method
- First hard boil 2 eggs (20 minutes)
- Build up your salad bowl in layers as follows:
- ½ medium lettuce, chopped up
- ¼ medium white cabbage, shredded
- 1 medium carrot, grated
- Handful of cherry tomatoes, chopped in half
- 50g of sweetcorn
- 1/4 regular cucumber, sliced
- 1 spring onion stalk, chopped
- Optional: 50-100g of dried baked beans
- Season and finish off:
- 1 tsp. of salt
- 1 tsp. of course ground black pepper
- 6 tbsps. of salad cream
- Mix all together
- Cut your 2 eggs in half and place on top
