Ingredients
- Eggs
- Brown onion
- Garlic cloves
- Bell pepper
- Can of chopped tomatoes
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Paprika
- Garlic salt
- Garlic granules
- Parsley
- Fresh basil
Method
- Prepare the following ingredients:
- ½ brown onion, chopped
- ~2-3 garlic cloves, diced
- ½ red bell pepper, chopped
- Add some oil to a pan and the sauté your onion and garlic for 2-3 minutes
- Add your peppers are sauté for 1-2 minutes
- Add chopped tomatoes and season with:
- ½ tsp. of salt
- ½ tsp. of black pepper
- 1 tsp. of paprika
- ½ tsp. of garlic salt
- 1 tsp. of garlic granules
- 1 tsp. of parsley
- Allow to simmer for ~5 minutes
- Create three wells in your mix and crack three eggs into those wells
- Cover and cook on a low to medium temperature for ~5 minutes
- Garnish with fresh basil
