Method
- Prepare the following ingredients:
- 3 medium tomatoes, diced
- 1 shallot, diced – soak in warm water while we prepare the rest of the ingredients
- 1 chilli pepper, diced
- Handful of fresh coriander, chopped
- Add all of your ingredients to a bowl (sieve your onions that have been soaking)
- Add the juice of ½ lemon
- Add a dash of salt and all-purpose
- Mix together
