- Flour
- Baking powder
- Nutmeg
- Sugar
- Butter
- Egg
- Milk
- Oil
Method
- To a bowl, add:
- 1 cup of flour
- ½ tsp. of baking powder
- ½ tsp. of nutmeg
- ¼ cup of sugar
- 4 tbsps of butter
- Mix together until you get a breadcrumb-like texture
- Whisk together one egg
- In the middle of your dry ingredients, create a well. Add:
- ½ of your whisked egg
- 1/8 cup of milk
- Kneed into a dough. Then let the dough sit for 20 minutes
- Roll out the dough, then use a pizza cutter to cut it into small blocks
- In a pan, add some oil, then your pieces
- Cook in the oven on 170°C. After 15 minutes, remove, add some more oil on top, and oven bake for a final 15 minutes
