Ingredients
- Watermelon
- Ginger
- Lime
- Mint (optional)
Method
- Slice 1 watermelon into chunks
- Chop up ~1 inch of ginger
- Add both to a blender and blend until smooth
- Strain the blend into a bowl
- Add in the juice of 1 lime
- Pour into a pitcher and store in the fridge until ready to serve
- Serve with ice and garnish with mint
