Ingredients
- 250g of chicken strips
- Medium bell pepper(2 colours)
- Medium brown onion
- Scotch bonnet
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Chilli flakes
- Garlic granules
- Paprika
- All-purpose
- Mayonnaise
Method
- Clean ca. 250 grams of chicken strips
- Season as follows:
- ½ tsp. of salt
- ½ tsp. of black pepper
- 1 tsp. of chilli flakes
- 1 tsp. of garlic granules
- ½ tsp. of paprika
- 1 tsp. of all-purpose
- Add pieces to a baking tray
- Take away and bake on 170°C for 30 minutes
- Whilst the chicken is baking, prepare the following ingredients:
- 1 medium bell pepper (total across 2 colours), sliced
- ½ medium brown onion, sliced
- ½ scotch bonnet pepper, diced
- Add the vegetables into a bowl, season as follows and mix together:
- ½ tsp. of salt
- ½ tsp. of black pepper
- ½ tsp. of garlic granules
- ½ tsp. of all-purpose
- 4 tbsps of mayonnaise
- Line a new bowl with baking paper
- Add in your cooked chicken and the above vegetable/mayo mix
- Mix together
- Wrap the chicken and veg mix in the baking paper, then again in another sheet of baking paper, then finally, finish with foil
- Add to a baking tray and cook again in the oven on 175°C for 30 minutes
