Ingredients
- 175 grams of king prawns
- Black pepper
- Garlic granules
- Fish seasoning
- Suya / yaji spice
- Oil
Method
- Clean ~175 grams of prawns/ shrimps. Dry and then season as follows:
- ½ tsp. of black pepper
- ½ tsp. of garlic granules
- ½ tsp. of fish seasoning
- 1 tsp. of suya spice
- Mix the seasonings into the prawns
- In a small bowl, prepare the following marinade:
- 1 tbsp. of suya spice
- 1 tsp. of olive oil
- Mix together
- Add your seasoned prawns to skewers and lay onto your baking tray (soak wooden skewers for at least ~30 minutes beforehand to avoid burning)
- Use a kitchen brush to spread the marinade over your seasoned prawns on both sides
- Grill in the oven for ~8-10 minutes on 170°C, flip half way
- Serve with red onion
