Ingredients
- ½ of a medium brown onion
- Spring onions
- ½ - 1 scotch bonnet pepper
- 2x chillies
- ¼ inch of ginger
- ½ medium bell pepper
- Fresh thyme springs
- Parsley
- 1 tsp. of pimento
- Garlic
- 1 lime or lemon
- Vegetable oil
Method
- Pulse blend the following ingredients (easier in a food processor):
- ½ of a medium brown onion
- ~2-3 bunches of spring onion stalks
- ½ - 1 scotch bonnet pepper (de-seeded)
- 2x chillies
- ¼ inch of ginger
- ½ medium bell pepper of any colour
- Handful of fresh thyme springs
- 2 handfuls of parsley
- 1 tsp. of pimento
- ~5 cloves of garlic
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2.5 tbsps of vegetable oil
- Use to marinate any of your favourite proteins, soups or stews!
