Jamaican Style Carrot Juice

Ingredients
- 4 medium carrots
- 1 tsp. vanilla extra
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- ½ tbsp. nutmeg
- ½ tbsp. brown sugar
- 100ml condensed milk
Method
- Peels and wash 4 medium carrots
- Add to a blender along with ca. 2 cups of water (or until the water is covering the carrots with a ca. ½ inch buffer on top)
- Blend down until completely smooth
- Using a strainer, extract all of the juices from the blended carrots into a pitcher. Use a spoon to extract all of the juices in the pulp left in the strainer
- Add to the carrot juice:
- 1 tsp. vanilla extra
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- ½ tbsp. nutmeg
- ½ tbsp. brown sugar
- 100ml condensed milk
- Whisk thoroughly
