Ingredients
- Lamb cutlets
- Salt
- Garlic salt
- Garlic granules
- Black pepper
- All-purpose
- Chilli flakes
- Suya spice
- Maggi liquid seasoning
- Olive oil
Method
- Clean 4-5 lamb cutlets with water and lemon. Season as follows:
- ½ tsp. of salt
- ½ tsp. of garlic salt
- 1 tsp. of garlic granules
- ½ tsp. of black pepper
- ½ tsp. of all-purpose
- ½ tsp. of chilli flakes
- 1 tbsp. of suya spice
- A few drops of maggi liquid seasoning
- In a bowl, make the following paste:
- 2 tbsps of oil
- 1.5 tbsps of suya spice
- Lay your lamb onto an oven rack
- Use a kitchen brush to spread the suya paste on both sides
- Oven bake on 200°C for 20 minutes, turn halfway
- Serve with fresh red onion and tomatoes
