- Eggs
- Tomato
- Red onion
- Coriander

Method
- Hard boil 3 eggs (boil for ~15-20 minutes)
- Prepare the following ingredients:
- ¼ red onion, very finely diced
- Soak in hot water for ~5 minutes to soften
- 2 tomatoes, very finely diced
- ½ handful of coriander, very finely diced
- ¼ red onion, very finely diced
- Mix into a bowl and season with a dash of salt and Aromat all-purpose seasoning
- Optional: add a dash of lime juice (¼ lime)
- Peel your eggs and cut in half ¾ of the way
- In the centre of your eggs, add your tomato salsa (called “kachumbari”)
