Ingredients
- 400ml of condensed milk
- Oil
Method
- Add 2 tbsps oil to a pan and heat up on a medium temperature
- Add 400ml of condensed milk
- Mix/whisk with a spatula for around 30 minutes, in that time it should darken and harden
- To check it will be the right texture once cooled, break off a small peace and drop it in the lukewarm water – this will be the texture once cooled
- Put some oil a chopping board and add your heated condensed milk
- Break it into pieces and roll it (be careful – it’ll hot). Check out our tutorial video to get a visual representation
- Put some oil on a knife and chop the condensed milk toffee into small pieces
- Allow to cool
