- Parsley
- Spring onion
- Garlic cloves
- Brown onion
- Green bell pepper
- Thyme
- Chicken stock cube
- Black pepper
- All-purpose
- Lime
- Oil
Method
- In a food processor, add the following (roughly chopped):
- Large handful of parsley
- 3 spring onion stalks
- ~3-5 garlic cloves
- ¼ brown onion
- 1 medium green pepper
- Small handful of thyme
- Add the following and blend further:
- 1 chicken stock cube
- 1 tsp. of black pepper
- 1 tsp. of all-purpose
- Juice of ½ a lime
- ¼ cup water
- ½ cup oil
- Blend roughly
- Store in the fridge
