- Chicken legs
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chilli flakes
- All-purpose seasoning
- Suya spice
- Oil
Method
- Clean 2 chicken legs with water and vinegar
- Massage in the following seasonings:
- ½ tsp. of salt
- ½ tsp. of black pepper
- 1 tbsp. of chilli flakes
- ½ tsp. of all-purpose
- 1.5 tbsps of suya spice seasoning
- In a small bowl, prepare the following marinade:
- 1 tbsp. of olive or vegetable oil
- 2 tsps of suya spice
- Spread your chicken legs on a baking tray, and use a kitchen brush to brush on the marinade on both sides of the chicken
- Oven bake the chicken on 200°C for 50 minutes – flip/ baste half way through
