Ingredients
- 800 grams of chicken wings
- Black pepper
- Garlic granules
- Jerk powder seasoning
- All-purpose
- Paprika
- Dry thyme
- Chilli flakes
- Brown sugar
- Salt
- Jerk marinade
- Sweet chilli sauce
- Browning
- Honey
- Olive oil
Method
- Clean ~800 grams of chicken wings with vinegar and water
- Massage in the following seasonings:
- ½ tsp. of salt
- 1 tsp. of black pepper
- 1 tsp. of garlic granules
- 1 tsp. of jerk powder seasoning
- 1 tsp. of all-purpose
- ½ tsp. of paprika
- ½ tsp. of thyme
- 1 tsp. chilli flakes
- 1.5 tbsps of jerk marinade
- 1 tsp. of sweet chilli sauce
- 1 tsp. of browning
- 1 tsp. of olive oil
- Add to a baking tray and bake on 180°C for 15 minutes
- Flip and baste with any juices
- Bake on the other side on 180°C for 15 minutes
- Lightly heat the following in a pot for 5 minutes:
- 1 tbsp. of honey
- 2 tbsp. of sweet chilli sauce
- 1 tsp. of jerk marinade
- ½ tsp. of brown sugar
- 100ml of water
- Add the marinade to a bowl, add in your wings, and toss / mix around until well coated
- Bake on 180°C for a final 15 minutes, turning half way through
