Butternut Squash Punch

Ingredients
- 1 regular size butternut squash
- Oats
- Nutriment/supligen (evaporated milk as substitute)
- Condensed milk
- Nutmeg
- Cinnamon
- Vanilla extract
Method
- Peel, deseed and chop 1 regular butternut squash into blocks
- Add to a pan with water until fully covered
- Boil for 20 minutes
- Add the boiled butternut squash to a blender
- Fill with the boiled water from the pot until the softer butternut squash is almost covered
- Add 1/8th cup of oats to the blender
- Blend until smooth
- Add the blended mixture to a bowl along with:
- ~170ml of nutriment/ supligen (or evaporated milk milk as a substitute)
- ½ cup of condensed milk
- ½ tsp. of nutmeg
- ½ tsp. of cinnamon
- 1 tbsp. of vanilla extract
- Mix together
- Chill in the fridge and serve with ice
