Ingredients
- 3 overripe bananas
- Sugar
- 3 eggs
- Milk
- Vanilla extract
- Plan flour
- Baking powder
- Baking soda
- Cinnamon
- Nutmeg
- Spray oil
Method
- In a bowl, mash together 3 overripe bananas
- Whisk in:
- 1 cup of sugar
- 3 eggs
- ½ cup of milk
- 2 tsp. of vanilla extract
- In another bowl, mix together the following dry ingredients:
- 1.5 cups of plain flour
- 1 tsp. of baking powder
- 1 tsp. of baking soda
- ½ tsp. of cinnamon
- ½ tsp. of nutmeg
- Combine your dry and wet ingredients (pour your dry into wet bit by bit) and mix well
- In a rectangular baking tray, spray (spray) oil inside
- Pour your batter into your baking tray
- Oven bake on 175°C for 1 hour
- To check it’s cooked, do the toothpick test: put a toothpick into the cake, if it comes out fully dry, the cake has cooked through
