Ingredients
- 2 medium unripe mangos
- Garlic cloves
- Scotch bonnet pepper
- Spring onion stalk
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Chilli sauce
Method
- Dice the following ingredients finely:
- 1-2 garlic cloves
- ¼ scotch bonnet pepper
- 1 spring onion stalk
- Chop 2 medium, unripe mangos into rectangular blocks
- In a bowl, add your chopped mango and all of the diced ingredients. Season as follows:
- ½ tsp. of salt
- ½ tsp. of black pepper
- ½ tbsp. of chilli sauce
- Toss the mango, ingredients and seasonings together in a bowl
Eat as a starter/appetizer, or eat as a snack
